In today’s society being relevant and understanding of cultures is crucial in engaging in the multicultural spaces that we find ourselves in.
The more we want to see people thrive, the more we should be exploring, engaging, promoting and embracing multicultural differences and diversity through creating dialogue and space to be able to understand and ultimately respect one another.
This multiculturalism is seen within the global business and sport space. And within the context of our own country, South Africa, it is even more relevant! This discussion and seeking to understand one another is extremely relevant in building and growing a thriving nation, something that is becoming closer to my heart and thinking. This I am challenged on both within my space in high performance sport and within the residence environment where we reside.
