Much is being written these day about the generations and especially the millennials. BUT what about this next generation, Gen Z or now what they calling Founders.

Understanding the person, the motives, the aspirations, the need for a greater call, the athlete is becoming ever more crucial in the world of sport and performance and corporate industry.

Attempts to enhance the culture of the team or organization needs to come from a point of consideration, respect, understanding and inclusion as more of this generation will penetrate into the higher education, work and sporting team space.
