Interesting analysis of swimmers over the past two Olympic Games.

Our challenge locally, and not excluding numerous other factors (in my opinion), is what are we doing with our female swimmers locally during key moments in their development.

This includes in my mind what we are doing to help getting them through the back end of high school and into and through University.
