Thank you to Coach Willie Scheepers for the invite and opportunity to talk at your clubs AGM and Prizegiving for last season, held this past Friday evening in Potchestroom. 

I truly believe that in Coach Willie, they have a passionate, positive coach who loves the sport of swimming and who challenges his swimmers to improve and be better according to their ability. In two short years you can already see the performances systematically coming through. 

I really enjoyed the privilege of sharing some of my thoughts on ‘the WHY, not the What’.
