I read this quote this morning and thought about two athletes that I have had the privilege of working with in some capacity over a number of years. Two of the toughest, most focused and hard working individuals who never loose sight of what they looking to achieve. Family is their anchor, hard work their stability, guts their compass & leaving everything on the pitch (pool & range) their reality.
So shout out to Emily Gray (2 x Paralympic swimmer) & Shaun Anderson (SA Para Archer) as you head into your SA Nationals the next two weeks .
Do yourself a favor and follow them on their journeys toward Rio 2016.
