Currently reading the book ‘The Mentor Leader’ by Tongy Dungy and he provides this quote by Theodore Rossevelt. As a coach our leadership role we play is crucial. Based on the quote it makes we wonder if enough coaches view themselves as leaders and specifically individuals with big dreams and with the ability to kindle those dreams in the athletes they deal with.
